Both will add to your librabry and make great gifts. Plus, Will's book might be the treatise to end pitcher abuse and neglect in our time. Then again, the format is in print form so a few dozen troglodyte pitching coaches and managers will not be able to comprehend such strange scratchings without 'purty piktures' to help.
BP 2004 will no doubt be somethnig you'll want to have in a few weeks when the event is announced.
On a non-literary note, the Oakland Athletics Fan Fest 2004 is Saturday, February 7th, 2004 from 10:00am to 4:00pm at Network Associates Coliseum. There are rumors of a panel of writers that may occur, but it is doubtful. Though we would not mind appearing if we can pull Ken Macha aside for 15 minutes and force him to watch the bottom of the 9th of GAME 5.
