Tony isn't a great writer. He makes a few points and contradicts himself in a few areas. Namely Miggi has too many errors. Well, Miggi had a rough weekend in San Francisco this year that account for a full 1/3 of his errors. Further, Nomar Garciaparra has the same number of errors, yet Tony lists Nomar above Miggi.
Plus, Miggi's been at it for five years. It's not like he showed up over night. The A's have been bragging about him since 1994. That's why they allowed Tony Batista to be selected in the 1997 expansion draft, they knew they had Miggi coming.
