If you scroll down to the bottom of the game recap you'll see that Ray Durham underwent tests for kidney stones. He sat out Sunday's game complaining of back problems.
Anyone who has ever had kidney stones can relate to the difficulties they bring. If puking bile and blood for several hours or tripling over in pain are you cup of tea, kidney stones make for a fun 48 hours. Or, in my case two weeks.
The best part was holding the damn funnel under my urine and hoping for a sand castle.
Hopefully, Ray can get on some Vicodin or other pain medication and flush out the stones in a few days.
A lot of things can be the cause of stones, stress being one of them. Hopefully Ray can get well soon...
POST: Vicodin upsets my stomach, so I went without it. I reserve the right to call him a wimp if he goes on any pain medication.
